1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the services offered by the Virtual Mental Preparation Center (hereinafter "we") via our website.

 

By using our site and subscribing to our services, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

 

If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using our services.

2. Services Offered

The Virtual Mental Preparation Center offers online mental preparation services for individual athletes and sports clubs. These services include coaching sessions, personalized programs, mental assessment tools, and resources tailored to developing athletes' mental performance.

3. Conditions of Access to Services

To access our services:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older, or have permission from a parent, licensed coach, or legal guardian if you are under 18.

  • You must provide complete and accurate information when registering. Any false information could result in the immediate termination of your account.

  • Our services are accessible via our online platform and require an internet connection. We cannot be held responsible for interruptions due to network or internet access problems.

4. Registration and User Account

To use our services, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and agree to notify us immediately if they are lost or stolen. Any activity that occurs under your login credentials will be considered to have been carried out by you.

5. Payment Terms

All services are subject to a fee, and the applicable rates are indicated on our website.

 

Payments can be made via the payment methods accepted on our platform (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Services are billed either in a single payment or as a subscription, depending on the offer chosen.

  • In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services.

  • All refund requests must be sent by email, subject to acceptance by our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is protected by intellectual property rights and remains the exclusive property of the Virtual Mental Preparation Center or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited without our prior consent.

7. Responsibility

We make every effort to ensure the availability and quality of our services, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, particularly in the event of maintenance or force majeure.

  • We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to use them.

  • The advice, programs, and support provided are not a substitute for medical advice. You are entirely responsible for any actions taken following our recommendations.

8. Modification of Services and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update our services and these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or by email. By continuing to use our services after a change to the Terms, you agree to the modified terms.

9. Termination

You can terminate your contract by sending us a written notification to contact@cvpm.ch , with three (3) months' notice before the end date of the contract.

 

During the notice period, you will continue to benefit from our services and are required to pay all outstanding invoices.


In the event of early termination, all outstanding invoices remain due and must be paid in full before the end of the notice period.


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice in the event of non-compliance with these Terms or non-payment for services.

The term "lifetime access" refers to the duration of the service offered. Programs and services can be modified or removed at any time.

10. Private Use of Access

Your login credentials for our programs are strictly personal and may not be shared or used by anyone else under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.

 

Any shared or unauthorized use of your access will result in the immediate termination of your account without possibility of refund , and may be subject to legal action if necessary.

11. Return Conditions

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return any item that does not suit you. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in new, unused condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. To initiate your return, please contact our customer service department at contact@cvpm.ch . Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a proven defective product, return shipping costs are your responsibility. After our team receives and verifies the item, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 7 business days.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of any dispute relating to the performance or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
